How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Shipping is free on every US order, and you'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.

We currently ship to the 50 United States.
What if my item arrives damaged or isn't right?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send it back.
Can I return something I don't want?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer. Used grooming tools and pet wear can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless they're defective.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel or update it, as long as it hasn't shipped.
