Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase. Orders ship from a warehouse in the United States and are delivered by USPS or a similar carrier.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States only. Some items can't ship to PO boxes.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can occasionally slow delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't redirect packages that have already shipped.
